I bought another large KR case at a show over the weekend and as they didn't have some of the trays I wanted they said they would courier them. This they did very quickly, but unfortunately cocked up the order. Instead of getting eight 4 fighter plus deck trays I got 8 balloon trays! An email elicited by return an apology, a promise to send the correct trays ASAP and an offer to me to keep the balloon trays.
That I think is called bloody good customer service. Now, all I need to do is find some UK based peeps who want balloon trays for the cost of postage (hint, hint).
