    Default It has begun...

It is that time of year again, and I have come out of hiding to warn you that we are here... Yes, CappyTom, Black Sheep One, and I are currently at the Hyatt Regency in Columbus, next to the Games Columbus Convention Center. We have been feverishly working to prepare ourselves for the 2016 Origins Game Fair! It starts tomorrow morning and we have 11 GMs running a total of 27 events over the next five days!

Watch this space and we will all do our best to update you with pictures and quick reports... we want you to share the fun with us!

Thank you for the best Game of my life! I had a wonderful time and met many of you. Bbsuds, Trench Wench, Fast.git, Jäger, and many others. Thank you for your kindness and instantly making me feel I was among friends. I hope to catch a break from work and spend more time flying before the week is over.
    Cheers!

Food court issue wasn't as bad as first reported. They did stay open until 6 on Friday, and I think Saturday. And there are a number of resteraunts across the street, and close by.

I want to thank everyone for putting on so many great games! It was fantastic to get to met all those I have known only on the internet here and meet so many wonderful new Wings players. Great to see Andy again too! Now, after 14 1/2+ hours in the car..... back to bed.

I'm still traveling. I have a flight booked for tonight and I will arrive home in Utah around 11:00 pm. I'm doing everything I can to get home earlier. I'm on stand by and missed my first opportunity. Now I'm closer to home in Minneapolis and I hope I can find a flight out of here.
Worse case scenario. I can't find an earlier flight and I end up on the flight I have booked and get home late.
Nice to fly with you guys at the con. I'm off to hopefully fly out of here.

Great flying with you and Bob. You guys are great. I have tried to fight my east coastieness Bawstin accent. My parents were a very bad influence on me. Years after moving away, going back to visit, hearing my mother would hurt my ears!

Dear friends. Hard to express how strong experience the whole Origins was for me. I am still here in Columbus, but the main reason why I am here passed. I am little sad, because I miss you even now, just one day after the convention. The good thing is that you are here as a part of the Aerodrome and together.
So, thank you to all of you for inviting me to the Origins. It was an event of my life and I am still amazed how awesome you are.
Remember - if you'll plan a trip to Europe one day, let me know. Please.

One day I hope to make it to Origins. There are some legal issues that currently prevent it, but I may have those sorted out in a year or two.

If/when I do make it, I'll have to see what aircraft to bring. Nothing stock, only unofficial or repaint ones, as I figure that official aircraft will be available. Still, the best-laid plans of mice, men, and Zoes gang aft aglee.
