Cerovljie, 28 August 1917: During an afternoon raid eleven Caproni Ca.3 bombers dropped about two-and-a-half tons of bombs on Austro-Hungarian artillery and infantry positions near Vojscica. On the return journey Caproni Ca.4039 piloted by Tenente Gino Lisa and Caporale Arturo Vischioni was over the Croatian village of Cerovljie when it was attacked by two Albatros D.IIIs flown by Oberleutnants Ludwig Hautzmayer and Josef Hoffmann Ritter von Ostenhof of Fliegerkompanie 19 (Flik 19).
