Water! Followed by an obscene amount of PEPSI!!! Aaarrrgggh, I love bubbly, Carmel-colored caffeine!
Coffee!
Then, as soon as I arrive at work, MORE COFFEE!
I laugh in the face of danger - then I hide until it goes away!
Apple Juice with breakfast (can't have OJ anymore ), followed by a bottle of water on the ride into work.
Can't have food/drink at the workstation, and it's hard to get away to the water fountain, so I need to hydrate as much as I can.

Always water but if I treat myself it's definitely a Hot Chocolate. My body reacts to coffee and not in a good way unfortunately.
Red Bull ... Because their slogan is Gives You Wings!
water, water, water. never could stand either coffee or tea. im diabetic so other options are limited. i used to drink quite a bit of pepsi (more than i realized) but have managed to limit myself to 1 16 oz per day. let me tell you it was hard to get there. dont let anyone tell you that bubbly stuff isnt addicting!
No good without 3 cups of coffee to kickstart my day.
See you on the Dark Side......
Anything non-"Diet" with a lot of caffeine--and it doesn't even necessarily need to be a drink, I'll eat coffee-beans or grind up and snort NoDoz if I have to.
Until the caffeine has had a chance to kick in, approach with EXTREME caution.

Usually some sort of sugar-based soda -- one of the redeeming virtues of being up here is the stores carry most of the products from this outfit:

and since I can't have HFCS anymore....
3 cups of coffee in the morning and I am good to go. The first 2 cups are needed before doing anything!
A number of cups of coffee... anywhere from two to an obscenely large number.
No coffee for this boy. I mostly start the day with a fruit smoothie.
Let's put it this way... by the checklist, startup sequence for booting up my brain is two hours. With caffeine booster, cut that to thirty minutes... and you don't want to be in the same building within either interval.
I am with you Phil. Never got the taste for tea or coffee (despite spending the last 32 years in the military and law enforcement) but I really like my Pepsi Max (no sugar). My morning heart starter is usually a litre of water and a can of the fizzy stuff around morning tea time. I too have learned to limit this guilty pleasure - but I don't feel too bad as I have given up wild women, gambling and the consumption of excessive quantities of hard liquor!
Never got into coffee and only drink tea after a big chinese dinner. But a can of Coke is the kickstart to my day.
Coffee.
No choice.
Voilŕ le soleil d'Austerlitz!
I have always been a Tea man!
Brew of choice for before Breakfast is either Melbourne Breakfast, Scottish Breakfast or Dilmah Italian Almond.
Packet of Splenda sugar free sweetener & a little milk.
Second mug after Cereal or Oats & a slice wholemeal toast.
Then I am fit for what the day throws at me.
Run for your life - there are stupid people everywhere!
Coffee at the moment (and always has been) - not looking forward to being instructed to give it up which is coming soon
Pint of water first thing to rehydrate the sponge followed by a mug of tea.

My senior year of high school, the classroom I was in for 1st Period had a functional coffee-maker; pretty soon, we were infamous for having hot coffee when no one else -- not even the teachers' lounge -- did.
It got *really* interesting when I made the coffee -- I was taught to make coffee by ex-Navy personnel; "12 cups of water, 3 cups of coffee". My coffee would spit out sugar cubes, and/or creamer. I have the coffee mug I used back then; I still can't get the coffee stains off it, and that was back in 1991.
One day, I was tasked to deliver a message to that classroom during 3rd Period; I figured I'd top off my coffee mug while there. I go to the coffee-maker, and someone says, "Watch it, French -- whoever made that stuff made it *strong*". Which meant it was my coffee from 1st Period.
So I very calmly poured a full mug (about 16 oz.), and proceeded to drink it in one go.
Then I turned to look at the sea of Stunned Penguin Looks pointed my way.
Then I smiled, filled my mug again, and left.
(For those who have met me: In case you wonder why I twitch so much.... >:) )
Coffee is the most popular as expected but boy do you American cats drink a lot of soda! I don't mean to be blunt but here in NZ most of us don't drink all that much. I don't let my kids near Coca Cola or anything with caffeine in it. It's the last thing 2 hyper active kids need. Not to mention the amount of sugar in them, and all those "Diet" or "Zero" options are worse than the regular options. The synthetic sugar Aspartame: STAY AWAY. That stuff is bad news

3 Coffee on weekend days.
More on weekdays (to get through the workday)
We had coffee-themed _Garfield_ cartoons posted above the coffee-maker... including the ones shown above.
I usually start with coffee, but during winter I prefer tea (sometimes in an English way with milk). A little weird, may be...
I usually don't have nothing until I get to work then it's coffee followed by a coffee and then a coffee for desert!
A slightly "reinforced" English way is my choice:
Every day breakfast looks the same. 5 eggs fried on bacon (no bread) plus two cups of hot green leaf tea. Then I feel like Adolf Galland: "On the wings of the angels!"
