Does anyone use the recovery token rules, and if so, your thoughts and or house rules...thanks

It is. But tokens is an easy way of tracking that time. Different abilities have different recoverytime and if you have more than one ability the recoverytime may overlap and tokens is one way of keeping track of that. It works for me
