Hi All,
OkYaa here!
General history first - I have been wargaming since the early 70's mostly figures, but some board games, cpovering from ancient egypt up to (what was then ultra modern) in the 80's. Also keen on computer games and Dungeaons and Dragons.
Having been given a test in November. I purchased the rules/accessories and 4 planes in time to finish flying training just before Christmas. So far I have taken part in about 8 sorties, roughly split between a Fokker DrI (solo)and Spad XIII/Camel (2 planes a person) against a variety of planes that some of my friends have. Despite the Fokker having the lowest damage compared to the other aircraft I have so far seen I have found it's manoueveravbility make it a more intersting fight, so plan on keeping to that for a while (and maybe get a second one as a wingman).
The game I have found to be very simple, but enteraining, and the different card decks give the game a lot of depth. So far, I have managed 1 death, 2 kills, 4 last man standing, and 2 ran for base (down to 1 point left on the plane), and one left the table in error.
Ok Yaa!
