Default He-219 and Do-217 flight stands

So as I slowly slip into the comfy hot tub that is the Dark Side, are there flight stands available for the He-219 or Do-217, either from an already-produced ARES model or those that the Herr Oberst produces from Aerodrome Accessories? The other non-ARES models I have are covered by ARES options, but these two are not - to my (definitely limited) knowledge. Perhaps these are planes that Keith's already-existing flight stands can service...

Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

    All the best,
    Matt

Not sure about the Do-217 but the He-219 is somewhat straightforward. A twin engine heavy fighter with a top speed of 616 kmh/ 385 mph you are looking at Q deck without the 45 degree turns and the extreme sideslip. Pull those cards out and use the Bf-110 Beaufighter base and fire arcs. Armament is a bit more tricky with 6 forward firing 20mm cannons and two ''slanted music'' 30mm. Which makes the damage 6 C close and 3 C long range at least, still not sure about the ''slanted music'' game rules. Tough airplane, maybe 20 damage?

More to the point, who makes the 219s?

Thanks for the advice, Lucas! I'll see what I can put together as I start to acquire a few more WW2 models...

The He-219 I have, Steve, is from HBM - I think Ron has given the mold over to AIM like with many of his planes - he happened to have a lead on in his bits box that he sent my way...I think it's going to look pretty neat when it's finished. I've been cleaning it up and getting it ready to prime - that should happen this week while I'm off.

I'll post a picture when it's done - it's always been one of my favorite German planes of the later war period. I just have to figure out how I'm going to reproduce the radar antenna array in 1/200...

    All the best,
    Matt

I hadn't finished my research on the He.219, but I did find a variety of speeds reported.
The Do.217 would use a bomber stand.

Thanks, Karl - I don't have any official ARES WW2 bombers yet, but it won't be long...

I assume the He-219 will be a heavy fighter stand (ala the Beaufighter or Me-110), so when I get one of those I'll be good to go...

    Thanks for the input, lads!

    All the best,
    Matt
