Default Might have missed the boat... but congrats nonetheless!

Was responding to one of Tim's (Flying Helmut) posts and noted that he's just recently begun his third year here... congrats, wingman, and thank you for everything you bring to the site (especially those fantastic repaints)!

If this has already been acknowledged, well... I'll be in the Mess nonetheless, so pull up a stool!

    Hi Christopher!

No, you didn't miss anything - the 2 year gong was held up (probably by the last Offensive!) but now I have it, it's time to head to the bar.

    Drinks are on me, everyone!

Congratulations, Timothy! I echo Chris's sentiments - your comments and how-to articles and repaints are wonderful

I'm drinking beer right now in your honor!

    All the best,

Congratulations Tim on chalking up this latest milestone. Big thank you for all your help since I joined as I have learned loads from you as a Fairly New Player.

    Is it really only three.
You seem to have been one of my stalwarts for much longer than that.
    Cheers.

Since joining the 'Drome Tim has done wonders for newbies and old and bold alike. Great advice, great wingman and fun to play against and with (unless you fly a gotha down the length of a searchlight beam!)

Tim follows that old Empire line of whatever the forum members have in the way of aircraft He must have at least the sum of all the others added together. In his two and a bit years Tim is now the proud owner of the sum of all the other forum members collections added together and probably more.

Tim supports shows all around England and is always on hand for advice and adding whatever we are missing to enhance games. It is this support that has enabled many of our endeavours to be accomplished with that air of professionalism that many fail to match.

Tim for all your unselfish support and advice I salute you. You are one of the few that the many owe so much to.
See you on the Dark Side......

    Bl00dy hell, high praise indeed!
    Steady on there old chap!

It has been an honour and a great pleasure to meet, virtually and in person, with so many great folks through this Forum. It has been my pleasure to contribute a little towards the great whole that is this Aerodrome: so many great characters pulling together to have FUN, and to do a little to preserve the memory of so many brave (and eccentric!) pilots/designers/support crew from history.

It has been said before, but is none the worse for mentioning it again; this place is so friendly, so supportive, so respectful, so helpful - I'm really privileged to have found a spot of my own in a hangar on this 'Drome.

to all of you, past and present.
