    Default Panzer General for Playstation

Not a regular thread but looking for help from someone that hates get rid of stuff !
The only wargame (or video game for that matter) that my good lady wife ever played was Panzer General on the Playstation (PS-1 version). Romantic evenings Invading Norway etc.
Fancied a spot of retro tank trundling so we set up PS-1 (still thankfully working perfectly) got game case and QUELLE HORREUR !!! damn thing was devoid of disc.

Wondered if anyone out there in wargame land still has a copy kicking about that they would be willing to part with in exchange for some coin of the realm...

Appreciate its a long shot but nothing ventured etc...

Not a PS player, but I played A LOT of PG on PC in the nineties. There is a kind of shareware of PC version of PG somewhere in the net to download, Chris. If you can not get it I surely must have the file stored somewhere...

A bit late on this, sorry to resurect but.
Big fan a PG and had all the incarnations, Fantasy, Allied, Space, Pacific General.
Still have but all on PC.

Howver if you have a PC or ipad you can get the new version called Panzer Corps, good in its own right and follows PG format.
There is also additional content you can get as in Campaign 39, 40, Selowe, 41, 42 East and West, 43 East and West, 44 East and West and 45. also there is Allied Coprs and Panzer Corps Africa, each of these extends the campaign by another dozen or so extra battles.
    Personally
I love this and play regularly on both pc and ipad. You can get this game and campaign from Matrix games if interested

Blimey - I remember that - loved it then moved on to Squad Leader - which reminds me I have a version of Squad leader that has never been played - box is battered but most of the counters haven't even been pushed out yet - keep forgetting to take it along to a bring and buy at one of the shows

Pre-Ordered Squad Leader:GI Anvil of Victory back in 1982 and was probably one of the first in Canada to get it. Still unpunched - never played.
