The things that Facebook randomly (or semi-randomly) presents one with. A few moments ago I learned - via the devilry that is Facebook - of Flyers Restaurant and Brewery; sadly a little far to check out personally being in Oak Harbor, Washington. Initially I thought it was just a specialist brewery (from the content of the post I saw) but not only that, it is also a restaurant. So in case any of our American pilots happen to find themselves in the vicinity while in need of refreshment...

They've just started "Proptoberfest", and their (appropriately aviation-themed beers) do seem to be picking up some awards).

Ah, Washington State, not Washington DC. Another good excuse to visit the Museum of Flight in Seattle again when I go and see my Canadian rellies across the border.
