1/144 direct on ebay Mehusla (Matt Sneddon) is a forum member - his son Rob runs the business from Falmouth in Cornwall. Fantastic service - occasionally 24hr turnaround from order to delivery!

Dom's Decals DomSkelton is also a forum member, working out of Sheffield. Smaller decal range (and smaller sheets) - I have had great service, but others have had delivery delays from time to time.

Shed decals, which I purchased through Helmet Models (coz they have pictures of the sheets on THEIR website; Shed do not!
MUCH larger sheets, incorporating tail flashes too, but composite in form; you have to apply the white disc first, then the blue-n-red cockade on top, to get the final result.

The above was my response to another Forum member's request for information about RFC/RAF decals, but if you click on the links to their home pages you will find loads of sheets for lots of nationalities, in a variety of scales!

All three of them post internationally.

Not U.S. based I know, but severl of your fellow countrymen have used these sellers.

For basic roundels, try I94 Enterprises. http://www.i-94enterprises.com/
He is in Michigan. I have used him for years for all my decal needs.
For 1/144 use AL-103 ( Italian, Russian, Belgium) also AL-104 (Brit, french and US).
AL-104 also has some smaller 1/300 scale on it as well.

In the US try Reviresco, he does a number of decals ranging from roundals and crosses to camouflage
