Default 75th Ann of the Battle of Britain Game is SA

I trying to contact all SA players to have a game in Sept on the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain.
Southern Wargamer's are having a game, 1:100 with a different set of rules an I thought we could have a wings game as well.

So any SA players that would like to participate on a Sunday at Brighton please contact me.

    Stan

    Sunday 13th is the day

Just curious: do the guys play the Angels 20/Bandits High 1/100 system there?

    Sounds a top idea Gary.
Mind if we join you at least in the spirit of your effort.
I think we should dedicate one of our WW2 games at Doncaster in September to the BOB. It would be great if all over the world we could run a game at everyone's main venues during September.

    Great idea Rob!

I am sure I saw a link to really good 2d card BoB planes. Spits, Hurricanes, 109's and 110's in our forum a while ago. It would not be hard to knock up a dozen of those.

Thanks for the info Gary but I am really not into card 2D models. Must have the "real" thing!

Looks like I've been lucky and found an extra two spits and two bf109's for the big refight.
So I'm up to 3 of each and with Gary we should have a good sized game.

Can't find any hurricanes.........so they wont get any recognition just like real life I guess.

Sunday the 13th Sept is the day at Southern Wargames for the BoB game

It's good to hear that there are still a few to be had Stan, although i fear that they are fast becoming the last of the Few. It was bad enough when I started WW2 just over a year ago.

Ask and we shall deliver. BoB Donnie organised and finalised.

Roughly 75 Spitfires and Hurricanes will defend the sky against 110+Bandits.
