One of the locks on one of my 2 year old KR aluminium cases broke and I emailed KR to see if they could repair it if I paid the cost. They asked if I could send it to them so they could take a gander. Next thing I know they have replaced the whole case free of charge.

That in my book is damn good customer service, so respect to the guys at KR.

Wow, that really is good service and something of a big plus when it comes to weighing up the differences between them and Figures in Comfort.

I am looking for something much stronger for my Sails box, so with this recommendation for after sales service, I have made up my mind which way I'm going to jump.

That's really good to hear - I've always found KR to be a friendly,helpful set-up, but had no inkling they'd go that far.

Now that's service with a capital 'S', Steve! My wife and I have taken to calling it "service with a small 's'" when what used to be normal service practices are sadly lacking - which is an ALL too common occurrence around here. It's wonderful to hear a story like this which restores one's faith in quality and pride in one's product.
