Would not like to meet that lot in my DVII Ian.

Nice pod of Dolphins!
This month I've got 1/144 scale P-47 Razorback, Fairey Battles, and TBD Devastator models, Fanticide Creeps (28mm), Devastators in 1/200 and 1/100 scale, Corsairs in 1/200, and several Shapeways models in various scales.
Below are the P-47s (61st FS, 56th FG), Battles (No. 12 Squadron), and one of the Creeps.
A very good looking bunch of aircraft Kevin, but that last picture gives me the creeps.
Reminds me of someone I sat in front of at Infant school.I always wondered what this emoticon was for.

Very nice! I'm trying to get Kevin more work for his Sept Workbench.
I read that as "Infanticide" -- which sounds like a *really* interesting game.... ("Interesting" here meaning "How fast am I getting thrown out of the con this time?" >:)
Kevin
Very nice job on those!

I have a balloon in the freezer.
Just finished up the '86 Mets' for a friend who built a 7' x 7' Fenway Park. '86 World Series to be played this Fri-Sun at Huzzah! in Portland ME.
Workbench is a bit full. Too many projects going on? I think it's time to finish what I have started before starting anything new. I believe that... yeah.
Great paint jobs Kevin. How do you get the ribs on the canopy to stand out that way?
Navarre's 872 N11 I think.
Rather than his 1130 N16 (the two are often confused)
1130 with synchro lewis
From http://www.donhollway.com/jeannavarre/
The 1130 had a red upper surface of the bottom wing - so I'm going for that for 872 as well. The top wing is CDL.
Pictures to follow.

Man you guys are so talented. I just wish I had that kind of talent. All the projects look just fantastic.
Strato Matic BB is a great game. Played in back in 68 and still have the cards. Great idea of using the figures with that game. We had a league with 5 of use playing 1 team in each league. I think I still have the book I kept of each game.
"The Sentinel of Verdun"
Excellent! One of my fave color schemes.
Oh yes - I did the Zeppelin-Stacken R.IV serial R.12/15 as well. Both aircraft built in late 1915, in service January 1916, so exact contemporaries.
Very nice as well! The one Staaken I have yet to do . . .
Navarre's plane is such a clean, bright little thing! Well done, Zoe - like David, it's one of my favorite Nieuport schemes. And it sitting next to the Staaken makes for a nice size comparison.
All the best,
Matt
Still on a bit of a Traveller kick, but plenty of planes are waiting in line, too.
This is my Shapeways 1:1000 scale Scout/Courier, next to one of the old official minis.
And, in keeping with the Traveller theme, on my digital workbench I have one of these.
Finally got my Kettering Bugs, thanks for the effort John. I'll get on those soon but now I am finishing up a pile of pilots and gunners so I can complete many planes that are without.
And for my next trick... I bought a gaggle of 4 Nieuport 11s. We know some of the colour schemes of the next release, and I don't want to repaint.
I bit of research - and I found this:
As usual with Orthochrome, clear as mud as to what the colours are. But distribution suggests a 3-colour scheme, and at that period, that means this one:
This with the belgian roundels should look aesthetically pleasing. So - on with the motley. Pix to follow once I've started work on it.
This profile is probably taken from the photo - but in 2 colours, and the side roundel, while typical for the time, is speculation.
Tip: don't go by published profiles. Go look at the original photos, then use your own judgment based on other research.

Zoe - the fuselage roundel on that profile is correct - if you put a high degree of zoom on your overhead photo, the dark spot next to the cockpit does indeed resolve into the three dark but different shades of a Belgian roundel.
PS - I presume you've spotted that the port wing roundel is incomplete - the port aileron's been replaced, with the new aileron being camouflaged, but not having the roundel painted on.
Aww, blush...
Not proud to say it but that's my bench Paul.
Doh
Well done for taking the credit for its appearance Thought of entering at the Tate ? Better than a lot of the "Art" they exhibit
I'm learning to fly, but I ain't got wings
Coming down is the hardest thing
That stadium looks great! The players look incredible as well. I love fantasy baseball. Even tried the baseball CCG card game that came out 10 years ago...blanking on it's name. It involved a 20-sided die to resolve pitches. My wife rolled her eyes everytime a game started because the 2 of us who played would sing the National Anthem.
Nothing related to WGS but I received Star Wars Armada two weeks ago. For those who don't know it yet, that's a board game like X-Wing Miniature but with a bigger scale, where big fleets (including Frigates, Corvettes, Destroyers and bigger) can fight a huge scale battle.
Everything is already painted except the smaller pičces of the game : Star Fighters ! When I play, seeing those pieces made of dark grey and light grey plastic is really pity ...
You're right, X-Wing or Tie fighter size is around 1 cm (smaller than a Thumb nail) ; not easy to paint it. I did a try ...
Two Pics Before and After.
Stunning piece of paintjob, Olivier. I'll have to paint my squadrons like those as well. Now digesting the rules...
