Nice - thanks for posting Steve. I like the Albatros and hope I can make it up to Stow Maries later this year (not far, but will have to persuade SWMBO to spend part of a day up there)
Unreservedly my favourite WW1 Allied Fighter aircraft.
I always fancied a flight in one of those.
Thanks for the Heads Up Steve.
Rob.

Glad to be able to read this - thanks for posting!
Very cool news, Steve! I love to see these reproductions like this. Enjoy them when you get a chance to see them.
All the best,
Matt
Thanks for the Heads Up Steve!
That is good news!
Thanks for posting, Steve. I might just have to take a drive up to Caboolture to see what I can see.
Thanks to the good people who recreate these magnificent aircraft
Steve, thanks for posting the fine pics and narratives.
Best wishes to all the ducks going off to see the aircraft.
Bristols do yeoman service in reconnaissance, fighter, and as a light bomber.
One Bristol is never enough, for me; one is always too much for my chums.

Bel
I would just like to see one in person.
On the subject of "Brisfits", a Bristol fighter will be doing a fly-past dropping poppies at an event at the Shuttlesworth collection (5th July).

Thanks for the Heads up Nicola.
I will pass this on to the U.K. Wing.

I wonder if we have any here in the States; I haven't seen any at the shows I've been to, though that's not many.

Karl, I think the closest one to you would be in the Canadian Aviation Museum just outside Ottawa. I remember seeing this one year at a Duxford Air Show, then 3 months later after it had been shipped to Ottawa.

One of my fellow Aust Society of WW1 Aero Historian members, Adrian Helwig just had a flight in the TVAS Bristol in the gunners seat & cant stop talking about it!
Incidentally Adrian wrote the excellent book on Stan Dallas called "Australian Hawk over the Western Front"
