Complete Contents File Updated

I have updated the Complete Contents file to reflect the WGF Series 8 releases. Sorry to be a bit slow on this one, but my bride and I were enjoying a couple of weeks away. For those who print the document, you need only print page 27 and pages 69-72 to do a hard copy update. Nice work, but one correction on page 70.

The pilot names for the Nieuports are not correct.
