I have been looking at listed war games shows in 2015 in UK

April 25th
Salute ~ The Aerodrome is represented.

May 9/10?
Battle Group North Yorkshire Air Museum ~ is the Aerodrome represented?

May 16/17 Triples Sheffield
I believe from communications in the forum messages the Aerodrome is Represented?

May 29/30/31 Games Expo NEC
I believe from communications in the forum messages the Aerodrome is Represented?

May 31st Partizan Newark
I believe the Aerodrome is represented ?

July 4/5 Bovington War games show
No information about attendance by The Aerodrome found ?

July 12th Barrage Show Stafford
I believe the Aerodrome is represented ?

July 18th Attack show Devizes
No idea if the Aerodrome is represented ?

August 7/8/9 Britcon Manchester
No idea if the Aerodrome is represented ?

September 6th The Other Partizan Newark
I believe the Aerodrome is represented ?

September 19/20 Doncaster Show & Aerodrome event
YES we are certainly at this event !

October 3/4 Derby Warlord Games
The Aerodrome is at this event.

October 25th Fiasco Leeds
No idea if the Aerodrome is represented or not?

December 5th Recon Show Leeds
No idea if the Aerodrome is represented or not?

This list is not exhaustive, no doubt there are many more I do not know of?

If any one knows of additional shows in the UK and would like to post them
or if The Aerodrome is to be in attendance where I have made a 'don't know'
comment please advise accordingly...so that every one can know.

Then perhaps with enough prior notice additional events could be attended
officially by the Aerodrome and increase the profile even further ?

Yes I know the mess bill goes up with every knew member when the
Wing Co orders you to buy a round rather than going on a charge,
but it's a small price to pay?

Remember.......

I can answer a few of these Simon, and will take this chance to reiterating that the Calendar is no good unless the people arranging our presence at shows puts the data on it. You know who you are!
No doubt Chris/ Chris, Neil, Dave Steve et al will put me right where I have got it wrong. They usually do.

Also if you look at earlier this year you will notice that we attended WMMS. and Hammerhead.
Carronade Falkirk is coming up on 15th May, and Thornbury Bristol is again in negotiation for this year.

I think Chris tried to get into Bovi but the organiser was less than helpful ie he didn't respond to contact so it hasn't happened.
Are we doing Colours this year ? Happy to help if we are.

Shows which UK North of England Squadron/UK Scotland Squadron are supporting:

Carronade (Falkirk) is 9th of May
Claymore (Edinburgh) August 1st
Border Reiver (Gateshead) should be Saturday September 5th but not advertised yet.

Apologies for the delay in getting things done this year, real life has not finished throwing me leg breaks or full toss, curve ball for our overseas friends, but I wil have some things out this weekend.
I can say I am having issues with the Calendar not saving the events to the extent I gave up. I will try again.
But to say what ?I am organising/ hoping to organise.

Thanks Chris.
We needed that reminder.
It also reminded me why we dropped Partizan. It was because of it now being in that tent with no chairs to sit on for the whole day, and not enough room to swing a prop round.Oh and the fact that the toilets were across a field, and when you got there they were locked.
