Be great to see what you make of those models Andy.
I hope that is a Gin drip. Nothing like mainlining for that warm fuzzy feeling.
Have a good and productive Easter.
Rob.

Lol it! Wasn't sure what the first interpretation would be. No it's nothing to do with legal or illegal stimulants.
Any other offers?

Just felt that with your Nick name I'd better be circumspect Andy.

Lol, brilliant, and I thought 'Clair' was his biggest hit
The good news is that the first Dr.I is about to roll out of the factory :-)
Here's the first one. Very nice to build, similar standard and quality as the SE5a, wing and centre fuselage struts are slightly easier to fit but the undercarriage is a piece of work. It does make the Wings of Glory minitures look a bit chunky when placed side by side but at arms length they will fit in a treat.
They look brilliant mate. I've just invested in a couple of these kits and I'm looking at them with some trepidation....still, if they turn out half as good as yours I'll be very heppy.
Thanks Nigel.
The best advice I can give you is to take your time. A few different types of tweezers are useful and some gel superglue like Zap is good for attaching the brass bits to the plastic. Spring clips are useful for holding the model when gluing bits on. I'd suggest once you've glued a new bit, set it aside and let it dry thoroughly.
Look forward to seeing yours once complete
If you need any advice, please ask
Nice build!
I'm soon to start on a couple of these myself.
