Nice Picture. Thank you for posting
This looks fantastic! You are all looking great - thanks for posting.
Only thing is ... That looks like a VERY tight formation of Boeing B-17s there Would not like to be the single seater fighter with the unenviable task of breaking that lot up!

Nice "Bomber Box" there folks.
Just one question! How did that German plane get into the Pacific?
When Tom told me that he was testing a game for Origins, I asked if he minded me bringing in my Dornier.335 that Clipper made me.
Didn't know I'd have to endure a long trip by U-boat to do it
Here's the Dornier's POV of the action:
Scramble! Here come the Viermots:
Going in now!
Dang, I'm hit!
Coming back for another shot....oops!
Last chance...OUCH!
I left a mark on him though:
Taking one with me to Valhalla!

True what they say about using new planes Karl, but at least you took one with you.
Thanks for posting the pics. Very entertaining and good to see another of Clipper's creations getting an outing.

Damn, missed this thread for a few days.
Impressive battle my friends.
Whe I spotted the Do335 I was shure that Karl mixed up the scene.
You picked some heavies out of the formation.
Well done my friends.
Voilŕ le soleil d'Austerlitz!
Love the Bomber group, and your Do 335, with its speed I would have thought it would have made mincemeat of the B 17's

What damage deals the Do335 out? (long/short)
1x 30-mm-Kanone MK 103
2x 20-mm-Kanonen MG 151/20
Voilŕ le soleil d'Austerlitz!
I was playing the B-2 Zerstorer version; 2x20mm MG-151 and 3x30mm MK-103s
So C-C-D-D-D/C-C-D.

That's a mighty punch...
How did the Japanese green Ki-61-I-KAId - Chuichi Ichikawa (AD/BDD) perform versus the Fortresses?
Who was the pilot Glenn, Ann or Mark?
Voilŕ le soleil d'Austerlitz!
Ann I believe; got a couple hits in, but I wasn't paying attention on the other players shots. We all ran 2 fighters each.

Ok, you were busy enough to maneuver the "Pfeil" over the table.

Looks like it was a fun time, Karl and Tom! Sort of a WW2 version of the game at the Cask Room, eh? And I LOVE the playing mat - what a great surface with the island and everything.
Pretty cool that you got to fly your Dornier, Karl...were you happy overall with its performance (aside from the fact that it went down...)?
