Could anyone suggest which of the AA bases is the best match for the Defiant.
Is it more likly the Voison or the rear gun only stand?
Thanks.
Rob.

I would go with a Stuka stand, remembering that the rear arc lines make the tail blind spot (long range only if target is at the same level), and the front arc is no firing at the same level at all.

Still had to point over the propeller arc (20 degrees) and the pilot had no gun sight.
Maybe good for Schräge Musik attacks?

I`d be inclined to use the WWI Roland single gun version myself.
The fairings on either side of the turret could retract to give a reasonable rotation arc.
The Schrage Musak rule could be employed when the turret is in the forward locked position.
I thought of that too, but there is still the tail blindspot to deal with. The Roland didn't have it, but the Defiant does.

Thanks for the advice chaps.
I think the Stuka base seems to fill the bill and I just happen to have a spare one of those.
