    Thumbs up

I finally finished these! A few Pendraken 10mm WW2 US and Germans. A few decals on order, and they will be ready for the May Airshow.

This stuff stinks to High Hell! So make sure you use it in a well ventilated room!

1/. Base of 500 - use the thinner to help spread the surfacer.
    2/. Dry
3/. Depending on the finish you now have you may apply paint or another coat of the thinner surfacer.
    4/. Paint.

This product is designed to fill in all the gaps - if you find you have lost some detail just run a brush with a small amount of thinner on it.

The end result is a very flat, very smooth finish that is ready for paint.
I have looked for this before in my local hobby shop, but they don't seem to carry it. Question... how good is it for leveling out very pronounced stepping? I have one or two rejects that I've wondered if this stuff could fix.

What do you use the 1000 and 1500 for James?

Caught the elves doing some work tonight, all I poured were G & T's

    Counted 6 of each as I headed to bed . . .

Glad to see you are taking your Dr.'s advice seriously at last Dave, and that you have your priorities right.

What's on my workbench? 3m of floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes, 3 chest of drawers, one re-wiring and several hours of painting - (walls and skirting boards rather than models and figures alas)
My modelling/painting desk has been submerged under an entire rooms worth of clothes/bedding/ other debris... sigh !

After a long day at work it was nice to come home to a table filled with trimmed and filled models all ready for my attention, those elves are great!

Six each of Storches, Condors and 189's oh my! Tomorrow we go back to get some more latex for the Mavis and Emily production . . .

You sure are lucky you've got those little people - they're such good helpers!

I look forward to the finished versions

    All the best,

Try seagulls... all they do is Eat, Sleep, Squawk and S###.

Sounds kinda like most of my relatives, come to think of it...

Looks like he'd be good on wooden models; how are they on plastic and metal?

Metal is a bit problematic; and let's face it, minis are labeled "DO NOT EAT" -- There Is A Reason For This.
