Thread: A present from Poland.

  1. #1

    Default A present from Poland.

Another very kind gesture from my opposite number the Polish Wing Commander.
A fine captured Me 109 for the RAF to evaluate, and a fine couple of bottles for Wingco Kyte and Mrs Kyte to evaluate.

You make me Rob. It was just a humble response to you call, WingCo! And the bottles were just the recaptured ones in a French chateau in1940

The alternative history record provides us with that story:
That famous German plane has been recovered almost untouched righ after the force landing near Dover. Major Galland has escaped, but the Home Guard searched the plane and found two bottles of his beloved beverage in the cockpit, St. Hubertus' tropfen, Mjr. Galland used to drink it before and after each sortie.

His preferred breakfast was a glas of French red wine with a raw egg in it.

We should try this at Prague Summer Con at the Botel.

Oh, Paul, but if that may cause that your opponent would draw high value damage chits or even a boom during a WGS game, then it is really worth !

Do not grab the wrong egg my friend.

It's all very well chaps, but A Kyte gets in enough fires without adding grenades and the Hydrogen sulfide gas emitted from eating raw eggs.
