Background
There is a story spreading through the trenches. The Knights of the Air are meeting and engaging in combat over and around a bridge. Both German and Allied have a code of conduct. If you take out an enemy at low altitude, you must then pass under the stone bridge to prove your mantle. Men make excursions to see their heroes fight and make amazing stunts. This won't last, some say, the brass - any brass - will soon destroy that bridge.
The Scenario
The scenario is played at treetop level. The table has a bridge in the middle, a river and a road. The fields around it are naked.
The Rules
The player has two scouts. The AI has three. The player's pilots must have at least one kill already.
Each time the player's planes shots down an enemy plane they must pass under the bridge. They can pass over the bridge whenever they want, but when they decide that they will test their skill they cannot touch with any part of the plane the bridge walls. If they do so, they'll take the plunge. For the AI, give them the center of the bridge as target. When they cross draw a D deck card. If there is damage...
The planes will play with only one altitude pin when they are crossing under the bridge.
Final Notes: This is a tribute to the Blue Max movie. This is an extra mission. Feel free not to play it. Only a fool would do it...
