Hi Phil, welcome to the Drome.
For the WW2 version, quite correct, first turn choose two Manouvre cards and speed counters.
Phase 1 play card one, this goes back into your deck, card two now moves into card 1 slot and you choose another card from your deck, including the one just played as your new card 2.
So you are planning one phase ahead all the time.
Although I mainly play WW1 I do have a few BOB planes.
I'm sure others who play more will soon be along if you need more assistance
i thought so cheers .ive only just got back into hobby and ive learnt quite a few new board game rules so sometimes get mixed up in head lol .
I see you have already had a conversation with your Squadron Leader Phil. He will sort your questions out with elan I have no doubt.
Let me now formally welcome you to the Drome on behalf of the other Squadrons in the U.K.
I'm sure you will make the acquaintance of many of them in the Officers' Mess before too long.
Fly safe.
