James - Excellent reference for WWI and later British submarines is Maurice Coker's Observer's Directory of Royal Naval Submarines 1901-1982 (1982) ISBN 0 7232 2964 3. Lots of drawings by J. Lambert. Also any of several volumes by Commander Richard Compton-Hall, the director of the Royal Naval Submarine Museum in Gosport. He can probably supply what you need from his files.
If you are in time-saving mode, I believe David Penngaly (sp?) (Pendragon) makes a coastal sub in 10mm, and I know (
Rod Langton) Langton Miniatures makes one in 1:200.
Specific to the C-Class boats. Those were modified by VIckers from the original Holland boats. You could achieve the same thing by ordering a Holland in 1/200 from Peter Krtina (Hai Modelle) and building out the casing and conning tower on that.
