Thread: Thanks for all the fish! Back into the pond!

Default Thanks for all the fish! Back into the pond!

Thanks to all the crew for the thoughts, prayers and gifts! I am between tests and have set up the bench once again. Among the great things that appeared at my door was this great Clipper's Workshop miniature from Steve: (awesome)

Card packs, models and 3 volumes of "The Secret of the Swordfish"! Great reads! Thanks to all. Being able to at least follow the site the past month has been a real blessing! Cheers! and pass the tonic!

Very glad to hear you're back on the mend. Still, don't overdo it right off. Only 2 or 3 squadrons of handbuilts for the first week
And a nice diorama there Steve

Good to have you back Dave, as I have mentioned previously.
Steve's Diorama is certainly something guaranteed to cheer you up.
Take things easy old chap, and break yourself in gently as Karl suggests.
I know the exuberance of your Elves can draw you in to new and wonderful projects, but they must not be allowed to over exert you for a while.

You sound surprised Sven I am not the ham fisted Orangutan that I appear - appearances can be deceptive

Glad you like it Dave. Welcome back and don't overdo it (the tonic, that is)

David, when you have a chance, could you take and post a pic at ground level?

Great news! I can just hear you expounding upon the virtues and therapeutic benefits of graven images. Another glass raised in celebration.

Don't worry if you haven't got one Dave, I took a couple before I sent it.

As others have said, easy does it. Take your time, and enjoy the tonic (but not with too much gin...).

    Again, nice work, Steve
Interesting what the miniature maker will come up with, eh (and what an imaginative hobbyist will do with them ).
So Steve, about those cavewomen you mentioned a couple years ago..... any pics of those?
