If you lose a card, you should contact Ares customer service via their site. If they have one available, they will send it to you.
I also seem to recall that one or two of the early card box sets came with some extra blank cards for just this reason.
Also, the best way to replace a missing card when an official one is not possible is to make a copy of the missing card from another deck (or one of the other 2 cards of that type if it is not a special maneuver) and then place the entire deck in card sleeves that have a solid back on them. That way your opponent can not see what card you have planned. Not as good as an official replacement card, but the only real option for many of the decks out there.
