    Default Japanese 1/144 Scale models

    Hi guys,

Had a quick search on the forums but couldn't find any link so I thought I would add these and offer my services if anyone was interested in getting some.

    Interesting paint schemes, James.
    Voilà le soleil d'Austerlitz!

Nice models! I would like them if I was collecting 1/144 scale.

For the painting schemes, indeed some unusual ones, especialy for Rufe float-plane. I've always thought they were painted overall Light Gray Green (FS 34226), Light Gray (FS 36492) or Dark Grey (FS 36081) but Dark Green is a surprise for me on that plane.

Some nice models James. Although I think we have some of these here in Brazil (at least).
    Thanks

One of my regrets when I got to go to Japan in '07: Not being able to find a hobby shop close enough to the Worldcon to visit.

    James,
Are these any different from the standard Sweet package kits? Apart from not having any decals with them, that is!

These come with decals - not sure why it says "Does not come with Nihon Maru" (Red Sun)

They look different from the SWEET planes I have. Only one plane in a pack as to two models in the box set. I have the Italian planes. The kits are very nice.

Sweet has offered decal sets. I have personally never seen them. The might be matching some of those with single kit packaging.
