Default Meeting David Manley - The Lisbon Connection

Today I'll share a drink with David Manley.
I'll meet one more of our friends in the Aerodrome.

    Thing is...

    I forgot my camera...

I wanted to share a photo...

The fish restaurant near (former) Salazar Bridge would be my obvious choice The Portuguese restaurants in Lisbon offer awesome sea food! Have a nice time!

Yesterday a bought an excellent bottle of wine to offer David.
I forgot my camera but a colleague at work lended me his.
    All was going well.

Then at 4PM my wife's (Inês) boss called me because Inês fainted at work.
    To the hospital I went.
I called David's hotel to warn him I couldn't meet him.

Inês has a mononucleosys. Nothing severe.
I have a bottle of good wine.

    No photos.
    Next time, I guess.

End note: The first time Andrzej came to Portugal I couldn't meet him also.
Fate plays a lot with me.

She'll have to stay home for some days, but all in all, it's not bad.
I'll give her Eileen and your regards, Rob, thanks.

I was very sorry to miss Joaquim, and even more sorry to hear that Inês was poorly - I sincerely hope she is feeling better now. But I am sure that one day our paths will cross and I'm looking forward to that happy day

Hope she gets fine fast. My brother had mononucleosys and had to stay at home for something like 2 months. Luckily (or unluckily) we were on vacation. I hope you meet someday (close). All the best!
    Thanks

    Nick
