My brother Joe was visiting and we came up with this scenario to settle some unfinished business between Ronald Brighton and Eric Hartman:
Joe: Flying the 2 me 109s (Galland and Hartman) using single card planning to simulate the sharper reaction times of the 2 aces.
Chris (me): Flying the 3 British Pine tree Group Hawker Hurricanes (Ronald Brighton, Raymond Tomazuiski, and Burton Thatcher) using standard plan method of one card planned while the other is played.

Fiction over the English Channel
Major Adolf Galland put his rank aside as he answered First Lieutenant Erich Hartman’s
taunt; his eyes remained locked onto the young Lieutenant’s face uninterrupted as he bit
the last contents of his schnapps.
“That settles it then,” he said.
They had pestered each other throughout the night at a local officers club and now that
the morning sun had risen, their wager could get underway.
Both Aces were to return to their respective units, man their aircraft, and meet over the
Channel.
Whoever scored the most victories that day would be serving the other pilot his drinks.
Serving his drinks while wearing a bar maiden’s uniform that is; both pilots
were obviously drunk.
Galland and Hartman still feeling their drinks
Pine tree Group led by Ronald Brighton see the drunken pilots and turn to intercept
Galland allows the Brits to close the gap while he invests in altitude
Out of courtesy, Hartman falls to Galland's wing as they engage the leader
The two aircraft bank toward each other...
bringing their gun fire to bare…
Brighton's joust with Galland was overwhelmed by the 109’s armament
Brighton’s aircraft had begun to flame up as he considers wether or not to bail out
Hartman moves in on the flaming aircraft...
stealing Galland’s first victory
Brighton's aircaft explodes
Galland moves onto Ray's tail and begins firing
Ray feels the bulk of Galland's shots miss
and cuts hard right in an attempt to pick up Hartman but...
Hartman picks him up instead
Ray breaks hard again...
shaking Hartman off his tail
only to be dropped by Galland 2 turns later
Galland looks for Thatcher
who has put a solid 1000 altitude between them
denying him the shot
Thatcher makes a break for it trying to shake Galland
but Galland's sharper 1 card advantage closes the distance on Thatcher
Thatcher fakes and shakes almost losing Galland
but begins taking fire as Galland again recovers and closes
Thatcher's battered aircraft becomes unresponsive
as he too, falls to Galland
Galland Boasts of his 2 to 1 tally...
and quips about how good his beer by bar maid Hartman will taste
The End
