I was repacking my planes into some boxes that my friend gave me and realized that I have over 70 of them! I did not think I had that many. So how large is your airforce?

46 and counting, with a few more planned. 10 of which are SPAD VIIs and XIIIs. Obsession!!
On the upside, having a good range and depth of early, mid and late war planes lets me and my kids fly historically plausible scenarios, which adds to the interest and the fun, to say nothing of being a sneaky way of getting us all to study more history

So, a total of 16 fighters, 5 two-seaters and 3 bombers. Quite a solid collection, but more is coming. Next time I'll be adding a Hanriot and Aviatik to the collection, as well as another Caproni and maybe a Roland.. Also planning to someday get about 4-6 planes from the first WGF set (the early planes), which I missed originally. I had a medium-sized collection of WoW planes before (maybe 10-12 planes) but sold them all one day, so the current ones are all Wings of Glory -versions.

I just updated my inventory this morning. I have a grand total of 75 planes and 1 balloon. That's not too many, is it?
That's just WWI. I also collect WWII in 1/144 scale; I probably have at least 100, but I need to update my inventory for an accurate count. Then there's also a few modern jets in 1/285. It's a sickness, I tell ya!
40 Ares/Nexus, 13 Shapeways, and 2 F-Toys. Time to pare down the collection a tad!
16 more at the end of October
61, and a balloon, 60 of which are official and 1 Valom Pup, not finished the second yet. That also includes a duplicate Spad currently receiving a repaint! I'm sad enough to have created a database on an app called Filing Cabinet, so I can keep track on my iPad
50 for WW1
&
24 for WW2
Even more growth.
