    Default Can I introduce mysel

    Hi all,

I got one of the old Wings of War WW1 games a few years ago. Just discovered it again after a sort out and thought I should resurrect it, particularly with the centenary of WW1.
I'm based in Aberdeen and as a teacher have very little time to play other than in my long holidays, which have unfortunately just finished

Welcome from Poland (well, now from Turkey) Nathan. Please turn to your Wing Commander F.O.Kyte and he will surely help to refine your schedule

I see you have preempted my PM Nathan, so I can now welcome my latest Wingman formally on behalf of myself and the rest of the Squadrons based here in the U.K.
Do have a good browse around the site and look also at the Files section on the top bar. it contains a wealth of hints and useful game aids.

Welcome Nathan from UK Squadron North. We've had two sorties to Scotland. Carronade, Falkirk in May and Claymore, Edinburgh in August. I have introduced Wings at Middle School 10+ and they enjoyed playing it. If your there or older try introducing it as school. Go down a storm.

    Thumbs up

G'day Nathan & welcome to the 'drome on behalf of the Pilots who fly in NSW down in Australia.
Hopefully you might be able to squeeze in a game or two at weekends but in the mean time to whet your appetite why not take a look at the after action reports the chaps post down in the WW1 Campaign & AAR sections!

Welcome to the 'drome from a sunny-ish East Sussex on the south coast Nathan - saw your intro and it made me think of the Stones - if you'd started "Please allow me to introduce myself..." I might have been worried !
