This month marks the 5th anniversary of the site officially opening. It's hard to believe that the site has been here this long... and yet sometimes it feels like we all just met. There has been some turbulence along the way, but we are still flying high!

As a very new member to the site I would like to thank everyone here who has laid the foundations and ground work for such an amazing home for players of the Wings of War/Glory game. I was instantly welcomed in to the fold and unlike many other forums the code and conduct of the members here is without reproach.

Again thank you to all those before me for the great effort you have all put into the Aerodrome.

Congrats Aerodrome on the Birthday. To all who have contributed to make this spot one of the friendliest places on the internet, thank you. Only joining in late April, I have come to see this forum as a great place, where ideas are shared, advice given, history studied, and friends made. My interactions here have been pleasant and fun, silly at times, and just plain enjoyable. In comparison to some other hobby forums I frequent, this forum stands head and shoulders above the rest. I look forward to being here for the 10th Birthday celebration(and beyond).
