The massive white box is the Tamiya Pro Spray booth with extractor fan unit

I saw that. Does it need exterior venting? I use Model Mater Enamels. My spraying is done outside, that has great ventilation!

Yes, it has an exhaust tube that you basically put out the window - I can also hook it up to one of the vents on the house that allows external airflow.

I'm lucky to have a Tamiya Pro Shop near my place of work and I spoke to one of the guys there about setting this up and he basically said just put the exhaust port out a window, close the window as far as you can without crushing the exhaust and the spray booth will do the rest. (I'll take a photo once it's all set up as I need to rearrange the desk!)

    But the set contains:

Mr. Hobby L5 Air Compressor (this is the gold standard in Japan)
BOY MK.II Double Action 0.2 Airbrush
Mr. Hobby Mk III Air regulator
A whole assortment of stands and stuff

Tamiya Pro Spray booth with Single extractor fan and exhaust system

You want to hear a quick solution for the vent. A piece of heavy cardboard or Styrofoam cut a whole to take the hose and wedge that in the window! Easy to take in or out!

cheers for the tip; however I actually have a purpose built vent. They use it for fumigating the house once a year for termites and other nasty critters and basically everyone uses those for the exhaust for the spray booths as that's basically what its designed for.

That is the best solution! Ready made and ready to go!

More importantly , it keeps the house clutter free, neat and tidy and thus keeps the happy!
