Thanks, Black Sheep One...that makes sense. And thanks all for the kind welcome.

In the meantime, I hope you don't mind if I ask a burning question here. Since I am new to the game, I missed out on some planes that I wish I had. Chief amongst them is the Messerschmitt 109. I hope they bring these plans back because they are very expensive on eBay. I've come across some mention of a Series 6 on this forum but I can't seem to find a release date. So, is the Messerschmitt 109 coming and if not, what is a suitable replacement model from another brand?

Second question is the Corsair. I need something to hunt Zeros with! Is that destined for release?

    Thank you,

    - netgeist

Welcome to the Aerodrome, Robert, from here near Norwich in the United Kingdom. Models of the Corsair are in the pipeline, possibly in the next two years. Meanwhile you may be able to find a Grumman F4F Wildcat model but they were also from Series 1 like the Me109. However, they tended to be less popular, so you may find a cheaper one. The Aerodrome Accessories shop (link at the top of the page) still has a Curtiss P-40 Warhawk for sale, which could fight your Zero.

I hope soon! What's a Black Sheep pilot to do without his trusty Corsair!

    Hi Robert.
Welcome on behalf of the rest of the pilots here in the U.K.
I have just enabled your posting rights so you should be able to access all parts of the Drome now.
    Fly safe.

    Thumbs up

G'day Robert & welcome to the 'drome on behalf of the pilots who fly in NSW down in Australia.
Yes the 109 will eventually be re released but not for a while.
However the FW 190 should be available. Check out the Aerodrome Store here on the site. Yellow lettering up on the top bar.
You could also try 12-7 Games on line.

Welcome from Cape Cod. There are quite a few FoG players in the Schenectady area so depending on where you are in Western Mass you might be near to them. I think there is a player or two in the Worcester area also.

Hi Robert, glad to have you here. I enjoy both but lean towards WW2. If you want to see some photos of some of our games click here. It's my albums. You ever make it out to Ohio look me up.
