Default Who knew LEGO was this cool ????

Firstly I must apologise to anyone who thinks, I just have to have one, and then falls foul of the wrath of SWMBO...... but
Just spent a fabulous 4 days in Copenhagen and my daughter had to go into the LEGO shop (she is 22 !!) - whilst browsing the shelves I found these.. and was promptly dragged out with the refrain "mum will kill you if you spend £60 on a Lego plane" ringing in my ears... but for those with deeper pockets or more forgiving spouses, I thought I would share my find

    Hey Chris.
What are you trying to do.
I have seen them before, and the therapy that time cost an arm and a leg.
I am still trying to convince the bin men to take away all the empty Gin bottles.
Now the twitch in my hand towards my credit card has started again.
Oh well! Back to the therapy.
    Kyte. Ah! That's slightly better.

With luck, you will have some grandchildren soon.
Any fun Grandpa, would spoil his grandchildren with Lego planes.

I do have a grandchild ans SHE is only three and most definitely not into planes - I suppose I could try the 'I am buying it as an investment for when she is older routine' but my chances of success are slim.

but they are soooo pretty - especially the Camel, its a great model

    Oh good god stop it!

I'm a huge lego fan even at 38 and me and my son have a pretty huge collection - I play X-wing Miniatures too and so this is now becoming just as expensive!

Both of these have over 3000 pieces!

And the beauty of a LEGO camel - when bits are shot off it by the dastardly Hun you can just snap them back into place

Nice models - now if only I had a good excuse for buying one

That's the beauty of Lego, it's doesn't matter if you drop it, we have so many of them the wife is getting a little concerned.
