Default BRILLIANT TEE SHIRTS - Check these out

Found this company - brilliant tee shirts and very reasonably priced at £13 a piece, planes and tanks galore !!

    http://www.thewoodenmodelcompany.co.uk/d474-T-Shirts

Now their main line is marvelous wooden models of planes, ships, vehicles etc. not toys but very nice sideboard pieces.

Just a thought guys - found out that this company are based in Doncaster about 5-10 minutes from the venue of our September get together - what do people think about me reaching out to them to see if they fancy popping down over the weekend?
Just a thought, please let me know. Rob / Chris I will take your steer on this.

Panzer Tee Shirt and Vulcan Tee Shirt in the post (unless they let me pop round and pick them up)

I have no problem with it as long as the folks who run the Museum are O.K. with it as well.

I will ask - in fact I could play 'matchmaker' - this sort of thing could sell well at the museum...

    Great!
Just make sure you get cut in for a percentage of the profits.

    Interesting set of shirts.

In Sven's game, I flew a Spitfire Mk.IX for the first time. I fell in love with it. Though the shirt is a different version, if my eyesight serves me correctly, it is still a Spitfire, and a very cool shirt. Thanks for sharing the link.

Good price and looks great. Maybe a little rude.

I would also like one of those but I'm sure that Mrs. K. would not approve.

    This one was bad enough.

Only if you send in sufficient beer bottle tops to help the war effort.

UPDATE - the shirts are cheaper if you order through E-Bay - only £12.99 and found two not on company main website - SOPWITH CAMEL and FIGHTER ACES OF WWI, in the post as we speak

    Very nice Jan.
It's just a pity they only come in one colour. All the ones I like are in Khaki and it's not really my colour.

What a shame, these little companies usually let you pick a colour of the shirt, and sometimes even colour of the print.

Got my t-shirts this afternoon - the guy who runs the company dropped them off at my house - talk about service !!!
Regarding the comments re-colours etc pretty sure if asked they can print the shirts in different colours, am also going to ask if they can add a few more WWI planes alongside the Camel, an Albatross t-shirt wold be nice, as would an SE5a and a Fokker DR-1, will see what he says

I've still got my T from the group restoring the Blenheim at Duxford. it reads: "Happiness is a pair of big Bristols"

And now I can proudly () wear my T-shirt a la post #6. Mrs Guntruck does not believe I should be wearing this when I go to Pensacola later in the year

And there I was trying to be careful with my phraseology.
Let's hope that our American cousins are not conversant with rhyming slang.

Nothing rude about liking a couple of big Bristol Mercury engines. Don't know what you were thinking of Rob, I am sure...

lol, I shall ask the very nice man if they could do an F2B (avoiding the running Bristols gag.. although why having typed that do black eyes spring to mind.. stop it..) I would love one.(F2B shirt - not a black eye, I hasten to add)
Would also like an Albatross in the white/grey colour... well lets see what they say
