Remember Scarborough!

In conjunction with our appearance at War Torn (28-9 June), we have been invited to attend a one day event at Scarborough Library, as part of their commemorations for the First World War.

I will be putting on a WGF game in company with other WWI themed games by Scarborough Wargames Club.

If anyone is in the area and fancies popping along here's the details:

Would love to go but a bit too far for me.
I used to spend part of my school holidays there and my Grandad used to point out places which where hit during the bombardment by the German fleet.

Well after 24 hours of furtive action I have gone from pleather to battlemat for WGF, in time for a day at the library.

Should be interesting...

Apologies Simon can't make this one either as family has something planned for me for fathers day (I know its Sunday but seemingly I have to keep Saturday free!)
