Default The Radar Station: Act 1. Scene 2. If at first you don't succeed..

"The mission was a failure in one respect. Oberleutnant I want you to lead a raid and destroy that radar site. Do you understand?" "Yes Herr Reichsmarschall. Consider it done."

The 3 Heinkel's took off to finish what Weber and a lone JU88 could not. (Cheers Dave those two additional Heinkel's look good)

Anthony links up with George and they turn to take on the Bombers from the rear. There was a lot of discusion about how to engage a bomber flight effectively. George was heard to comment, not head on, whilst Anthony could have done with some support!

The gallant few close in but time has run short. George joins Anthony shortly afterwards to be picked up by the RAF rescue launch again. "Not you again mate...who need Jerry when you keep putting them down yourself!"

A brief look at WGS for Anthony and George. With Paul (Guzzi) missing, they badly missed his expertise to lead them to victory in Scene 2.

Yes all my BoB aircraft are 1/144th scale. I only have 1/200 for the Pacific.

Not so much a campaign game but a quick intro into WGS. The RAF were a pilot down so the odds might have been more in their favour but such is war, you never know when that merlin might spring an oil leak.

    An interesting little action Neil.
Like the blast markers. I think I have something similar in my old War Hammer set. I must look it out.
