Omission from the RAP rules booklet?

In the section of the WoW rules on the Immelmann Turn there is the sentence "The Immelmann turn cannot be executed in the same turn as a climb.". However this sentence has been omitted from the section on the Immelmann Turn on page 15 of the WGF RAP rules booklet.

Is this an omission or an alteration of the rule, please?
