Nieuport Performance

Does anyone have any information about the performance of the Nieuport 11 and Nieuport 16 models when fitted with the Le Prieur rocket system? I'm curious as to how much degradation there would be in combat when carrying the rockets. Would a pilot so encumbered have been more inclined to avoid combat until he had been able to discharge the rockets? If there was any effect on performance, how would that be reflected on the table-top?

Must have effected performance to some extent even after launching the launch racks were still attached. If you want to show its effects you could limit it to only one steep per turn and no Immelmann until the rockets had been fired.
