Default Scenario D-1: Push for the Channel Ports (Adapted for Norway)

    Norway Campaign - Operation Weserübung

Operation Weserübung was the code name for Germany's assault on Denmark and Norway during the Second World War and the opening operation of the Norwegian Campaign. The name comes from the German for Operation Weser-Exercise (Unternehmen Weserübung), the Weser being a German river.

Preparations for the upcoming campaign were underway. ZG76s aircraft were getting some much needed repairs and upgrades.

Not all your pics came out Trev - this happens sometimes if you have the thread open a long time (over an hour?) without saving it - you will have to edit it & re-do the pics , pain in the wotsit as I know from experience !

    Great AAR, Trev.

The setting look beautiful and the used Messerschmitts are awesome.

Never thought that the Gladiators will survive.

I didn't either Sven, but carrying bombs really slowed them down and the Gladiators can turn on a sixpence. I think I should of got rid of Jaguar 1 bombs earlier. You live and learn.

Makes a nice change from the norm Trev.
I have also found from Malta scenarios that the Gladdies are more effective than you would expect.

I agree Rob, I really underestimated their effectivness. I thought they would be torn to pieces, it turned out the other way, as Neil told me, I should have kept all three 110s.

Great AAR! Love the repaints, and the range-sticks are something I didn't know I needed until I read this.

Chris you don't need the range sticks, they are just something I made after seeing Dave's (Flash) AARs. The ones that come with the game are all you need.
