Doubt they will be of any use for people but thought I'd share anyway. I have done a quick and easy advancement/campaign system for our club to get pople playing. Not the finished product yet but here is the WIP. Will add details as to what skills are acquired as we go on, basically a rookie uses the rookie rules, when you get to vet you gain one skill (we use the ability cards in the file section and deal one at random) and then get another at Vet level, toying with letting them have an extra for every 10 Combat Flying Hours gained after.
