Default January '14 Play by Email game

    Good day gentlemen,

Now that the festive period is behind us and the Christmas truce over its time for another round of Play by Email. This time there will be a choice of Nieuport 17's, Sopwith Tripes, Sopwith Pups, and SPAD VII for the Entente , and Fokker Dr1's, Albatros DIII, and Pfalz for the accursed Boche! I of course will be flying the Blue Max Roland once again.

Anyone interested in taking part then drop me an email at markgibbons36@hotmail.com

Once we have sufficient numbers then we will start the game

    cheers

    Mark

I would like to give this a try. Not shure how it works though... Do I need all aircraft used and have a table setup at home? Or is it purely playable via the pictures?

Purely played via the excellent pictures. You'll enjoy it, Thomas.

    Hi Thomas,

All you need is the commitment to get your "orders" in twice a week, everything else is supplied by me. Email me if your interested, with preference of which side you would like to fly with?

Mark, if any spots are available, please count me in (will send you an email). I prefer Boche but will play anything (even AA if that's what's left). Yes, I have a problem

Sent an email; missed the part of picking plane type. As I sent, CP for me, and while a Dr.I would be nice, I'll fly any of the three.

I'm still fine, but I'm always a millimeter away from my target.

I have as well, been in the heat of it (quite literally! ), but not so lucky as you, my friend. I've been much more of a "bullet magnet."

I must say I have a lot of fun with this game no matter what the outcome is. Waiting for an after turn report twice a week is becoming my little obsession

It was great fun... up to and including the moment my poor little blue Albatros was consumed by fire. For the second time.

    Some people are bullet magnets...

Hopefully the rest of the daring lads fall soon, so we can re-spawn and have at it again!

Sorry to hear about your pilot's demise! I'll try to join the next one if I'm able!

I enjoyed the previous game very much! Been flying like rubbish in it and got shot down but still it was fun!!

Will have to pass on this one as I'm drowning in work and don't want to constantly forget to email in my orders and ruin the game for others...
