During the site downtime, I spent some time to finish assembling and painting a special figure: Ernst Udet in 1:16. I am not absolutely sure the model looks like that ace, but at least the manufacturer thinks it does

"We do not stop playing when we get old, but we get old when we stop playing."
Wow, thats really cool. Those skin colours look brilliant.
Great job Andy. Was the grass included or your personal touch ?
Great work, Andrzej!
It looks enough alike the real man, I'll tell you.
Really great work Andy!
What other Aces are available in those Kits?
Nice work Andy.
Run for your life - there are stupid people everywhere!
To my despair, the manufacturer prefers German aces only, Barry. The second one I have to build is Goering in a rather typical pose (guess which one).
There is MvR in a production line, not yet available. I hope it will produce Some Entente pilots sooner or later. I would love to have a collection of the knights of the sky.

Great work Andrzej! Figures that large always seemed difficult to paint for me as I find it hard to give them a realistic look. That's why I never made an attempt. You however did it brilliant! I'm looking forward to see you Goering!
Great work, Andrzej.
So where is the 1:16 Fokker D.VII model?
A friend of mine build those 1:16 figures, too. I think Dragon produces such figures.
Voilą le soleil d'Austerlitz!
The Ernst Udet model is very well done! It would be amazing to have a collection of famous WW1 pilots in this scale standing at the table side while a game was on.
Excellent very well done.
Very nice, Andrzej!
