In consequence of the growing number of members in the U.K. squadrons, I am dividing the North of England Squadron in two. I.R.M. will continue as Scottish Squadron Leader, whilst the North of England will be administered by Skaflock. It, therefore, gives me great pleasure to congratulate Neil upon his promotion to Squadron Leader for the North of England. Rob.
