L Manuver deck

Card #14/24 in the L Manuver deck is marked with a "diamond" steep action, but card #15/24 is not marked with a "diamond" steep action not even a straight forward. is it and error? or does it add an extra manuverbility?

So it would be possible to play first #14 steep then #15 "short straight" then another steep #21/24.!?

It is not an error. The Fokker D.VII could do a maneuver that's called "hang on the prop". Basically it used the power of the motor to sort of pull up and hang in the air.

The reason card #15 does not have a straight icon is so it can mot be used with an immelmann maneuver. It has no steep icon to show that it can be used before or after another steep maneuver. So, yes you could do a 14-15-21 card combo.

Thank you for indirectly bringing to my attention that card 15/24 does not have a straight arrow icon which means it can't be used as a "short" straight as part of an Immelmann maneuver. Very subtle.

When the Fokker DVIIs were first released there was a lot of confusion at first about the missing 'Steep" icon on one of it's apparent stalls. It didn't take long to clear it up though as the Fokker DVII had unique characteristics and it's maneuver deck 'L' give it some amazing abilities compared to any other plane.
