what do you use to glue on the magnets? I use flat magnets but have had problems with them coming off sometimes.

Greenstuff before it sets and super glue, it sets like rock.

I find if you drill a hole the same diameter as the magnet, the flexible plastic grips it well and suprerglue works fine. If you're gluing a magnet without any hole, I'd take Dom's advice and use Araldite.
