Siemens-Schuckert D.IV altitude question

Can the Siemens-Schuckert D.IV fly at level 0?

The Rules state:

"If a plane dives to level 0, leave a sinle stand and discard all the climb markers it has except for one. If it has none, give one to it."

The S-S D.IV has a climb rate of 1, so if you give it a climb marker, does it immediately pop back up to level 1?

Yes, it can fly at level 0. The single climb marker is to signify that the play is flying at level 0 and not on the ground or crashed. There really is no real need to place the climb marker on it, as long as everyone knows it is flying at 0.

I may have answered my own question. It looks like it may be in the Dogfight Booster Pack. It seems the plane now has a climb rate of 2 instead of 1. It's also has a maximum flight ceiling of 17 pegs - Wow! Thanks to Jan Horinek and his wonderful WoW/WoG computer application.
