Are we going to make a contribution to this worthy cause chaps?
Rob.
Might be an idea for a new fundraiser on the forum....
CAF reminds me the italian GAVS (Gruppo Amici Velivoli Storici - Historical Aircrafts Friends Team at http://www.gavs.it/index.php) of what Andrea Angiolino told me; they are restoring italian aircraft since 1983.
Bob, Dan, your pics are wonderful!

There are other photos of Reading/Westminster (static display) and Va Beach (WWI & WWII). I like to share the photos I take with others so all can see the planes.

Here is the link to donate. I just gave my donation since I saw FIFI fly. A worthy cause to donate to. Attilio thanks for posting this.
A friend at work turned me on to the air shows and to my surprise the wife really enjoys them. Will do Reading again this year and the week after it is Origins so looks like June will be a busy month next year.
I should be getting mine soon then. A worthy cause for me as I did got to see her fly. I checked the roster for the show I go to in Reading and FIFI is set to be there.hope that the Me262 would also be there because it is an airfield it can land on.
Areodrome Challange Coin/WWI/WWII. Sounds like a good idea.
Chuckie the Military Aviation Museums B-17 required an engine replacement last year. The new engine was a completely restored and certified 1943 Studebaker built unit! That required $10,000 of a special weight oil for its first 25 hours. Most of that was burnt and blown out before the first 25 hours checks. Help keeping these planes in the air is a worthy cause.
